Tectra is an Australian based Registered Training Organisation (RTO#40889) that was formed by bringing together a team of renowned technical professionals all holding great respect across their chosen fields of Operations, Statutory Positions, Leadership and Management, Safety and Risk Management and Project Management. With offices in Townsville and Brisbane we are resourced to service the Queensland region.

From our offices across Australia, we operate as a dedicated business solutions provider and partner to Clients within the areas of mining, construction, gas, exploration, infrastructure and local government.

We are committed to improving our Clients safety culture within their workforce. By ensuring employees are upskilled and appropriately licenced for their responsibilities our Clients can ensure their WHS obligations are met.

### Students

All of our students are thoroughly analysed prior to training to ensure they receive the best and most appropriate training for their needs. No student is authorised unless they are accurately validated.

Our training experts work with teams, departments and entire organisations to develop customised training solutions to achieve specific goals. Our trainers come directly from industry and are passionate about their students gaining the competencies required to excel in their career.
